This high power control system was designed and built to withstand the environmental riggors of a steel company’s chemical room. A sophisticated process controller and two high temperature limit protection controllers along with a 750A, 480VAC, 3-phase, zero-cross SCR power controller were the primary components prewired, fused, and tested in a custom 72″x 49″x 25″D fiberglass, vortex air-cooled enclosure. Pictured left is the skid mounted system prior to shipping.
